Hybrid electric bus has good power performance and fuel economy,so that will be a good application.As the main energy storage device of the hybrid electric vehicle, power battery exists some flaws and deficiencies:low specific power and unable to bear large ratio of charge and discharge.According to the states mentioned above, the research is as follows.First of all,according to the hybrid energy storage device analysis of characteristic like charge or discharge, the capacity, internal resistance and other characteristics in power battery, super capacitor and DC/DC converter components,which are the composites of energy storage device. Secondly,centring on the optimization design theory and NSGA- II algorithm,the design process of optimization design is given.The thesis makes a brief analysis of process of optimization.This study lays a foundation for the optimization of hybrid energy storage device.From the characteristics analysis of composite energy storage component,a set of logic gate control strategy which is base on of the speed of the car,the power demand, battery capacity parameters of current state is proposed,identified in the use of pure electric vehicle,hybrid, engine drive alone three different energy distribution method of work mode.The thesis makes a concrete analysis of characteristics of the composite energy storage device components,design of the connection mode of energy storage component.It presents parameters matching of powertrain,which designs for a parallel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.based on this.Using Isight software combined with NSGA-II genetic algorithm for parameter optimization calculation,the optimal solution set is obtained base on this.According to the working characteristics of the energy storage device and the actual design requirements,a kind of optimization method is selected.Basing on Matlab/Simulink software, integrated the principle block diagram of super capacitor module, battery module, driver module, driving working conditions module,the vehicle simulation model is established.The optimization scheme verified by the typical Urban Driving Cycle in China.Based on the matching calculation and optimization design,a prototype of a composite energy storage device is developed.It is certified in Digatron Battery simulation system.Through the research of this thesis:The change range of SOC in the process of working and the damage caused by the battery to withstand large power charge and discharge areeffectively reduced.the service life of the battery.The service life of the battery is prolonged.And through the reasonable control strategy, the vehicle fuel saving rate of 100 km is effectively improved.
