Kindergarten is a place that build a good indoor thermal environment which is conducive to the healthy growth of children. Current research on nursery indoor thermal environment is still relatively small, thermal comfort children are often easily overlooked by adults. To create a good nursery thermal environment and save energy, thermal comfort to meet the needs of young children, is an important issue to be studied urgently needed to solve.First, existing inside and outside the kindergarten building thermal comfort research results were analyzed finishing, for lack of domestic and international research, we use the thermal sensation PMV model to predict thermal comfort children, comparative analysis of children and adults in the PMV model parameters difference of PMV model is modified to obtain a modified model suitable for young children PMV.First, existing inside and outside the kindergarten building thermal comfort research results were analyzed finishing, for lack of domestic and international research, we use the thermal sensation PMV model to predict thermal comfort children, comparative analysis of children and adults in the PMV model parameters difference of PMV model is modified to obtain a modified model suitable for young children PMV.Then, in a kindergarten classroom in Chongqing it was summer autumn and winter field experiments, including field surveys and subjective tests the amount of thermal environment section, test the program in strict accordance with China’s "civil indoor thermal environment evaluation criteria" requirements. Testing and questionnaire also kindergarten image data were analyzed for young children in the classroom activities and type of clothing statistics for young children behind to prepare PMV value calculation.Finally, kindergarten for all types of activities in accordance with ASHRAE 55 and ISO 7730 have been classified in different strength to give children the metabolic rate at different levels of activity, by image analysis and actual observation of the different seasons Toddlers Clothing resistance statistical calculations using PMV correction model program for early childhood PMV value calculation winter season, winter and summer, respectively, to give children the value and thermal comfort temperature PMV children at different MET values. Through early childhood predict thermal sensation and the measured thermal sensation contrast, got children in the winter and summer season, the objective and subjective thermal sensation average operating temperature relationship with the interior, found PMV model can accurately predict the neutral temperature and winter children’s indoor operating temperature change heat sensitivity, PMV index to obtain neutral temperature prediction with experimental results there is a certain gap. Expository adopted PMV model to predict thermal comfort children also need to be amended.
