| As a global issue, climate change not only brings climate disturbance, but also promotes the thermal environment to gradually become an important factor affecting travel activities.Research on thermal comfort is gradually increasing, and the results involve schools, residential areas, etc.,and the research objects have become more extensive in recent years. However, research on children’s thermal comfort is currently focused on sitting in indoor places such as schools, and there is little research on thermal comfort in dynamic environments, and the lack of research and design indirectly leads to the limitation of children’s outdoor activities in summer. Therefore,it is particularly necessary to explore what is the thermal comfort needs of children in the outdoor environment and how the landscape design can meet their thermal comfort needs.Based on the above questions, this research focuses on the thermal comfort of children in the children’s activity area of the comprehensive park.Through the actual thermal environment measurement, questionnaire surveys, and behavioral notes, the outdoor thermal comfort threshold and thermal preference characteristics of children in summer are explored, and the thermal environment is objectively measured and children Subjectively evaluate the current thermal environment of the children’s activity areas in the three selected comprehensive parks, combine the conclusions about children’s thermal comfort, and summarize the current weaknesses in the thermal environment design of the children’s activity areas and the main existing problems, and Propose corresponding thermal environment improvement strategies in a targeted manner. The main conclusions obtained in this study are as follows: 1.In terms of children’s thermal comfort preferences, after correlation analysis, children’s thermal neutral SET range in summer outdoor environment is 16.5℃-28℃,and >39.5℃ reaches the extreme heat range. The empirical analysis found that the thermal preference in actual activities is slightly tolerant of about 2℃.When SET<30℃,the negative influence of heat on children’s choice space decreases rapidly, and the number of children begins to increase rapidly. When SET>38 ℃,heat The negative impact of SVF reaches a certain limit, and the number of active people decreases sharply;2.In terms of the current status of the thermal environment and evaluation of influencing factors,SVF is positively correlated with the extent of space cooling, and SVF and shade types have a positive effect on radiation temperature, vegetation coverage and relative humidity, space types Has a greater impact on wind speed. The most significant factors influencing thermal discomfort in children’s activity areas in different parks are different. In Changhong Ecological Park,it is the solar radiation temperature,in Nancuiping Park is the relative humidity, and the wind speed in the water park is more significant;3.Current status of the thermal environment In terms of evaluation, overall, the thermal environment comfort level of Changhong Ecological Park Children’s Activity Area>Water Park Children’s Activity Area>Nancuiping Park Children’s Activity Area, showing a more obvious echelon relationship, and different spaces in each children’s activity area show different Characteristics. After comparative analysis of thermal environment control ability,it is found that there are1-2 spaces in the children’s activity area of ??Changhong,Water, and Nancuiping Park. The thermal environment control ability is better, and the average cooling effect can reach 1-3℃;4.Based on the current status of the thermal environment in each children’s activity area and the characteristics of children’s outdoor thermal preference obtained above,a total of six problems in the three children’s activity areas are summarized. In the children’s activity areas of the three parks in Changhong,Nancuiping, and Water, the following The three main weaknesses of lowering radiant temperature, humidification, and raising wind are proposed to provide targeted optimization strategies, which will also provide a certain reference for the improvement of the thermal environment in the children’s activity area in the future. |
