Under the background of construction industrialization and housing assemblage in China, this paper designs a new type of composite slabs, which is concrete composite slabs with honeycomb profiled sheet. It is a precast component combined with honeycomb profiled sheet and concrete slabs, and the honeycomb profiled sheet is made by a thin steel deck which has rules of honeycomb holes. And the slabs may be under two-way force with the arrangement of transverse reinforcement.In this paper, we firstly study the section properties of honeycomb profiled sheet.Through the static load test of three different sizes of honeycomb profiled sheeting,Results show honeycomb profiled sheet has a large stiffness, and has a strong bearing capacity when the span of the slabs is not large. At the same time, this paper analysis the influence of various parameters on the bearing capacity and stiffness of honeycomb profiled sheet through ANSYS. Research shows that thickness, rib heights and rib spaces of profiled sheet have a great influence on bearing capacity and stiffness of honeycomb profiled sheet; Also strength grades of steel plate affects bearing capacity largely, while has no effect on stiffness.Secondly, this paper has studied the mechanical properties of precast component,composite slabs and two-way slabs through static load test. And carries on a comprehensive analysis of the development of cracks and failure characteristic,bearing capacity of three kinds of slabs. The research shows that composite slabs has large stiffness and bearing capacity, and the two-way slabs has a good bearing capacity and ductility. Also composite slabs has better crack resistance and integrity.The precast layer and the post cast layer have good bonding properties through honeycomb profiled sheet. In the design, there is no need to check the shear performance of the interface of slabs.The influence of various parameters on the bearing capacity and stiffness of composite slabs are analyzed by finite element method. It concludes that thickness and rib height of honeycomb profiled sheet have a great influence on the stiffness of composite slabs, while concrete strength has little effect on it.In order to study the mechanical properties of two-way composite slabs, this paper carries out a full-scale test of two-way composite slabs with honeycomb profiled sheet which has a block size for 3000 mm × 2880 mm. Main research includes bearing capacity, failure mode, crack development and bidirectional force oftwo-way composite slabs. Studies show that the stiffness in the two directions of two-way composite slabs is similar, which indicates two-way composite slabs have good bidirectional force characteristics. The mosaic effect of composite slabs is very good, which can meet the joint requirements of two-way slabs.In the end, in order to promote the application of composite slabs with honeycomb profiled sheet, the paper introduces the production of precast slabs and the construction technology of composite slabs with honeycomb profiled sheet.
