Revenue Management as an emerging management technology, has been used at inland and overseas by most airlines. However, the traditional revenue management methods only consider airlines' benefit themselves, and can not mine the potential travelers by the application of passenger choice, which affects the income of airlines.Considering passengers' choice behavior model of airline revenue management has become one of the most important direction. In the article, air travelers choice behavior model and its application on revenue management will be the main research object.Firstly, the summary analysis will be issued on the research background.Secondly, the article introduces the basis theory of the passengers choice model, including consumer behavior theory, the passengers arrival model, as well as the passengers choice model. In the passengers choice model,it focuses on the discrete choice models, as well as the PODS(Passenger Origin-destination Simulator).Thirdly, the article summarizes up the traditional single-leg seat inventory control methods, focusing on EMSR(expected and marginal seat revenue) model, as well as EMSRa,EMSRb model, then the inventory control model through introducing the passenger choice will be issued, and summarize the advantages and weaknesses. The focus of the article besides two sides. On the one hand is to build a seat allocation model based on the inhomogeneous travelers arrival. On the other hand is to build a control model based on market segmentation, through simulation experiments and compared with the traditional inventory control method to confirm the model's feasibility and hava potional value in increaming the benefit of airlines.
