Aircraft assembly plan basically has the following features:its resource constraint is various, its plan has multiple levels, its constraint relations is very complex and it is very uncertain,So to formulate a reasonable aircraft assembly production plan which give full consideration to a variety of factors has an important practical significance both in theory and practice. This paper will focus on the optimization and the application of the plane multilevel assembly plan.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the aircraft assembly process and the certainty and the multi-level characteristics of the aircraft assembly plan. Based on the network planning technique, it puts forward the multi-level network plan model for the aircraft multilevel assembly and use a fuselage project in an aviation enterprise as an example to analysis the model. And the aircraft multi-level plan optimization model is put forward which fully considers the gradation, the complex “sorties-station-AO” constraint relation and the resource constraint of the plan.Secondly to solve the problem of the plane multi-level assembly plan optimization, a multistage assembly particle is put forward to express the hierarchical constraint relationship in the sorties-station-AO.And it put forward the hybrid algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization(pso) algorithm and the tabu search algorithm.it designs the encoding operation,the decoding operations,the particle's global and local updating strategy,so that it guarantees the global optimization ability and the local optimization ability of the algorithm. The paper also adopts a fuselage project in an aviation enterprise to verify the validity of the algorithm.Thirdly to solve all kinds of anomalies in the multi-level assembly plan execution,it designs the dynamic plan scheduling based on event. It mainly puts forward the dynamic scheduling strategy based on event and the correction method of the plan optimization model based on event.At the same time,it analyzes the dynamic scheduling method for the engineering change, the plan execution feedback, the emergency orders.In the end, starting from the demand analysis of an aviation enterprise,this paper adopts the B/S structure to designs and implements the plane assembly planning system,and it also analyzes the core functions and the key class diagrams of the system in detail.
