| With the influence of many uncertain factors such as time,internal and external environment,and demand,the original production plan of the company gradually does not adapt to the status quo,and production scheduling research is needed to optimize and enrich the original plan.In order to reduce a series of costs such as procurement,transportation,and time,and improve production efficiency and capacity,companies usually produce some parts and components involved in product production,and it is often unreasonable to conduct a single link of production planning and scheduling research.It will cause many losses such as inventory backlog in production process and shutdown due to production mismatch,leading to imbalance in production.By studying different workshop scheduling problems and scheduling theories,combining the actual situation of order demand,the engineering equipment production workshop that organizes production according to the mixed flow method is taken as the research object,and the production processes of part processing,parts and product assembly and the internal relations between them are analyzed.For complex planning and scheduling problems involving multiple different types of workshops,different operating methods,and different types of parts and components during the production process,based on the constraints of different production processes,time,and resources of the product and parts and components,the establishment of parts processing,parts and other multi-level mixed shop integrated scheduling model with the shortest total assembly and product assembly time.Combining the production scheduling problem with the immune system,an improved immune genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-level workshop integrated planning scheduling problem,a new integrated scheduling scheme is obtained,and the middle-loop of the multi-level workshop integrated scheduling scheme is divided into the flow shop.The simulated annealing genetic algorithm is used for independent solution comparison,which verified the accuracy of the multi-level shop integrated scheduling model and the efficiency of the corresponding immune genetic algorithm.Finally,through FlexSim simulation software,the production process was simulated based on the multi-level workshop production environment,and the new integrated scheduling plan was used to simulate the production,which further verified the accuracy of the research content. |
