Air environment control system is the subsystem of a manned spacecraft to control environment and thermal, and it is an important part of a manned spacecraft. To a manned spacecraft, the air environment control system has a direct impact on the success of the whole flight mission. If air environment control system is not normal, damage to the entire spacecraft will be fatal.For a certain type of air environment control system of a manned spacecraft, it is lack of fast and effective method to design and verify the design of air environment control system.In this paper, based on the object-oriented Modelica language, multi-domain unified modes have been established on MWorks platform. The correctness of models are verified from the point of the component, subsystem and system. The speed range of temperature and humidity control fan is simulated and analyzed. Then the simulation analysis is carried out for the single and two cabin air environment control system of manned spacecraft to verify the control function. It can assist design and has important significance to reduce test cost, save test time and workload of engineers.Firstly, the basic theoretical equation of thermal fluid is explained. Then, the basis of thermal fluid modeling is studied from the point of interface design and model decomposition. Based on the modeling idea of equipment and working fluid separation abstract two interface model of thermal fluid and basic component models are established, which lays the foundation for the establishment of the system model of manned spacecraft air environment control system.Secondly, using Modelica language and MWorks platform, the models of spacecraft air environment control system are established based on the basic principles of thermal fluid modeling. The models are verified from the point of the component, subsystem and system, which lays the foundation for the simulation of spacecraft air environment control system.Finally, the system model of spacecraft air environment control system is built by using the established models. The speed range of temperature and humidity control fan is simulated and analyzed. Then the simulation analysis is carried out for the single and two cabin air environment control system of manned spacecraft to verify the control function. It can assist design and has important significance to reduce test cost, save test time and workload of engineers.
