Floating raft system is widely used in the field of vibration of the ship, for controlling the vibration isolation units to improve the ship's operating environment, living conditions, and therefore in-depth study of vibration isolation performance of floating raft isolation system, how to better play floating raft isolation system isolation effect has very important significance. In this thesis, combined with a self-designed plate rack floating raft isolation system for its performance in the 0 ~ 2000 Hz band.For the work to be isolation units, designed plate rack floating raft isolation system, using the finite element method floating raft system modeling and ANSYS analysis of the vibration characteristics of floating raft system and separated vibration characteristics, based on a qualitative analysis of some structural parameters on the floating raft system vibration isolation performance of the situation.Natural frequency sensitivity quantitative analysis are concerned with structural vibration of structural parameters on the vibration characteristics of the floating raft system the size of the impact, with sensitivity equivalent vibration level difference quantitative analysis of interest structural parameters of floating raft isolation system characteristics extent size.Given the sensitivity analysis results, the impact of a large raft isolation effect frame structure for optimized thickness, respectively, of the first-order raft, the second-order natural frequency increase 3.2%, 2.1%, improved low-end raft vibration characteristics; using orthogonal experiment method, the lower isolator stiffness matching optimization, so that the floating raft system stiffness after matching optimization at 120 Hz frequency vibration isolation effect increased 8.0% in the analyzed 0 ~ 2000 Hz almost all of the band as a whole increased by more than 3.0% at 420 Hz frequency vibration level difference improved 31.2%, to improve the floating raft system performance and improve the isolation effect.This thesis is equivalent vibration level difference application submitted sensitivity quantitative analysis of the structural parameters of interest on the floating raft isolation system isolation characteristics influence the extent size, purposeful isolation effect for greater impact to optimize the analysis; At the same time the isolation system, lower vibration isolator stiffness matching of preliminary research, made some guidance to match research other structural parameters.
