| As an important way to control the transmission of mechanical vibration,the marine floating raft vibration isolation system has become a widely used form of vibration isolation.It can effectively reduce the transmission of mechanical vibration,reduce the undesirable vibration of the ship,and improve the comfort of personnel.Therefore,the optimal design of the floating raft vibration isolation system is of great significance and effect to improve its vibration isolation performance.According to the relevant theories and methods of parameter optimization design,the experimental design method is proposed according to the characteristics of the floating raft vibration isolation system,the Isight multi-parameter integrated software optimization design platform is constructed,and the global optimization algorithm and numerical optimization algorithm are learned.Vibration system parameters are analyzed,and relevant examples are used to verify the optimization design platform.Then,the sea water pump floating raft vibration isolation system model was established,and the parameter optimization design was carried out for the marine sea water pump floating raft vibration isolation system.Starting from the single and multi-parameter perspectives of the vibration isolator,the floating raft vibration isolator was optimized and analyzed in a single direction.On the performance,and the matching and optimization of the performance parameters in the three directions,and optimize the analysis of the spatial placement of the pump equipment on the floating raft platform,perform sensitivity analysis on the relevant optimization parameters and analyze the interaction effects between the parameters,and finally summarize the floating raft The combination of parameters with the best vibration isolation performance of the vibration isolation system.Next,take the form of a new type of floating raft vibration isolation system for multi-parameter joint optimization.The optimized parameters include the three-dimensional stiffness and damping parameters of the vibration isolators,and the spatial placement parameters of the vibration isolators.Combination optimization strategies are used,combined with global optimization and numerical values.Optimization finds an accurate solution in the optimized interval,constructs an approximate model for the simulation program,performs optimization analysis on the approximate model,and verifies that the accuracy of the model meets the optimization requirements.Finally,a negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb structure floating raft vibration isolation system is established.The parameter optimization method in this paper is used to jointly optimize the cell size parameters of the negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb vibration isolation system,considering various constraints,and analyze the vibration level drop.Response and bottom acceleration vibration level response have the greatest influence on the size parameters,and the global optimization algorithm is used to optimize the cell size parameters of the negative Poisson vibration isolator,and the influence trend of the size parameters on the vibration level drop response is found,and finally the most vibration isolator is obtained.Excellent size and shape combination. |
