Research On Styling Design Of Instrument Panel System In Future Vehicle

Our society has stepped into the era of vehicle, with the improvement of people's living standard, the demand of vehicle is no longer limited in mechanical properties, but the aesthetic feeling of vehicle styling that has become an important indicator when people measure the comprehensive ability of a vehicle. The design of the instrument panel system, as the most "intimate" part in a vehicle, will naturally receive the special attention of consumers. A successful design of it will directly affect consumers' driving and riding experience.Today, with the rapid development in science and technology, people‘s demands for functions and shapes of the instrument panel system in future vehicle are also changing. In the future, driven by new design ideas and driving mode, there will be a bid change in the layout of the instrument panel system in vehicle, what has a significant impact on the styling design.By using the method of literature research, the analytic induction and chart analysis, this article puts forward that thinking way of Internet, new driving mode and the design style of high tech are the main influence factors when designing future instrument panel system. Through these influence factors, this article analyzes features about the styling design of the instrument panel system in the future vehicle, combined with newly released and representative cases. On this basis, the author has participated in the design project —VW Unmanned Concept Vehicle Design, using the method of styling design of the instrument panel system, to verify the correctness of these influence factors.The internet and new driving mode have bring a culmination of designing the future instrument panel system. Study on the trends of styling design of the instrument panel in future vehicle is a guidance to predict the development of future interior design, and open up new ways for it.
