Therefore, the study about policy on space science and technology, which promotes the development of space science and technology and the achievement of national goals, possesses vital theoretical and practical significance.From the perspective of science and technology policy(STP), the paper insists on the combination of history and logic, theory and examples, and uses comparative and contradiction analysis methods, attempting to apply the study achievements of STP into the field of space, and thus constructing an explanatory research framework for policy on space science and technology.
