The bearing and the bearing seat hole generally use the interference connection, and the assembly quality has a very important influence on the performance and reliability of the assembly. In this paper, we mainly study the process parameter control and process data management of bearing assembly process,focusing on the current aircraft commonly used in joint bearing pressing process. Through the numerical analysis, the prediction of pressure loading force and the calculation of the surplus amount are carried out and according to the requirement of bearing precision assembly, the process data management system of bearing assembly process is studied.The mechanical analysis of the interference fit of the combined cylinder was carried out. It is assumed that the combined cylindrical surface is an ideal cylindrical surface and the interference fit between the bearing and the base hole is in the elastic range, the relationship between the pressing force and the combined length of the composite cylinder was derived and the calculation formula of the diameter of the outer ring of the bearing was listed. The effect of material parameters and interference value on aperture shrinkage of the outer ring of the bearing was analyzed. Using simulation software to simulate the pressing process of the joint bearing and the seat body pore, various factors such as the amount of interference, material parameters, pressing speed and the shape error of bearing seat hole was studied,and these factors had an influence on the curve of the press mounting force and Shrinkage deformation of the outer ring of the bearing.According to the characteristics of assembly process, the structure of bearing assembly process database was designed and the basic architecture of process data management system was determined and the main function modules of the system were studied. The bearing assembly process database consists of bearing base module, material library module, data processing module, calculation and analysis module, bearing assembly reference module and user management module. The main function of bearing library module is an enterprise data management on bearing aspects, including bearing type and structure size of the data to add, modify, query, delete etc. Material library module is mainly used for storaging a variety of material information used in bearing and bearing seat to facilitate query; Calculation and analysis module has the functions of pressing force calculation, calculation of interference amount and simulation calculation; Experimental data processing module is to provide test data reading, storage and test curve fitting function;The main function of bearing assembly reference module is to storage enterprise internal standards, bearing installation standards, bearing installation process specifications。Experimental study on joint bearing pressing and extrusion process was carried out. Through test data, influence of various factors such as the amount of interference, material parameters, pressing speed on the curve of the press mounting force was analyzed. The pressing force and pull-out force displacement curves with different magnitudes of interference were compared and the test data curve s of the compression force and displacement of the joint bearing were fitted. The approximate expression of the press fit force was obtained by using the interference amount, the structure size of the seat body and the material parameter as the variable.
