With the rapid development of aviation technology, the plane's air-conditioning system is becoming more and more important, providing a good cabin environment for the crews and other devices on the plane to operate normally. The cabin environment would be seriously affect,that thus influence the equipment on the plane working and endanger the crews' life, if the air-conditioning system leakage,since the engine bleed air can be provided for the cabin only through the air-conditioning system.It is necessary to test the air tightness of air conditioning system, when scheduled check or troubleshooting. In nowadays, most test equipment have no more function, and their automation degree are not high, and have a big request for the operator working experience. Therefore, this paper design a equipment on the basis of the method of the direct pressure testing and a certain type of aircraft air-conditioning system.It can be operated by using programmable smart display under harsh environment temperature with the function of heating and cooling. With high degree of automation, it can reduce the experience of operating. This paper mainly finished the following work:Firstly, basing on the background and significance, this paper expounds the present situation of the air tightness test, and analysis the common air tightness detection method then make a selection. The main technical indicators and the overall design scheme is determined.Pneumatic system and control system are introduced in detail. In pneumatic system design, the reasonable selection of pneumatic components and the principle of the system is mainly introduced. In the design of the control system, it mainly introduce the signal acquisition, programmable smart display interface design, communication of the programmable smart display with the relay module, power circuit, etc.Finally, this paper introduces the structural design and the examination. Through examination, the technical indicators of this test equipment meet the expected target.
