With the rapid development of China's high-speed rail industry, for its safety and comfort are put forward higher requirements, using a sensor network can effectively monitor the operation state of high-speed train and passengers comfort that can be truly seamless monitoring, saving a lot of artificial, increase efficiency and reliability, but a large number of distributed sensor power supply become new problems. On the collection and reading at home and abroad, a large number of relevant literature and on the basis of vehicle environmental site investigation, this paper proposes a can harvest light and thermal energy for powering wireless sensors from the power supply system can effectively solve the problem of sensor supply, has certain practical value.Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic principles of energy harvesting system, according to the properties of light source wavelength, intensity of illumination and heat source temperature, high speed train, in order to maximize the collection point of view of energy take dual energy harvesting scheme and construct a block diagram of the system. On the basis of this study, the following contents are mainly studied:1. The output characteristics of photovoltaic cells and thermoelectric generators are studied. According to the light intensity and the temperature difference of the actual train environment, the optimal operating point is determined.2. Through scheme comparison and demonstration and efficiency analysis, using two DC-DC respectively for silicon solar cells and thermoelectric generator output voltage transform, obtain a stable voltage and the excess energy is stored in the super capacitor on different DC-DC conversion and storage.3. Using the STM8 L ultra low power MCU to control the system, the software control strategy of intermittent operation is adopted to further reduce the power consumption and improve the efficiency.4. The whole system under different light according to the conditions and temperature difference under the condition of power input and power consumption of the system of accounting, build experimental platform of the system for the analysis of the experimental, demonstrate the system used in the feasibility of high speed train.
