Intelligent Management System For The Third Subject Of Motor Vehicle Driving Training Test

With the improvement of people’s life, car has entered ordinary people’s home, tens of thousands of students will obtain driving licenses. However, due to various reasons, in the third subject of motor vehicle driving training test, there are still a number of issues such as: parts of Vehicle Administration reduce the difficulty of the exam or do not follow the requirements of the exam, change test scores at will, etc. In order to ensure a fair and impartial examination, these issues need to be solved.For various problems in third test subjects, this thesis designed a intelligent management system for third test subjects. The system runs in drivers test cloud computing platform provided by China Unicom, which is set in the IDC room of China Unicom, the platform consists of network systems, security systems, host and storage system, cloud application platform system, Public security Intranet data synchronization system.GPS positioning, IC cards, audio and video collector, fingerprint reader, automatically capture and so on are mainly installed in training vehicles, in order to achieve real-time monitoring of student identity, the mileage accumulation and running track. When training, according to the participants of the training situation, car system of instruction car will record students’ photos, training hours, the actual driving mileage and other information, and uploaded to a central server via 3G network. When students apply for third test subjects, Vehicle Administration will strict further identity and automatically determine whether students reach the required mileage and driving hours, and then determine whether the student is qualified to apply for the third subject. In addition, remote video surveillance system in Provincial Traffic Management Bureau and municipal detachment can monitor real-time the driving condition of all instruction car, the car driving training situation and the state of actual driving road test vehicles by VPDN network.
