| With the acceleration of our country’s urbanization process,urban transportation resources are becoming more and more tense,and the level of automation and informatization of parking equipment is relatively low,which intensifies the congestion of urban roads.Therefore,combined with the Internet of Things technology and cloud technology,this thesis researches and designs an intelligent stereo garage management system integrating the stereo garage control system and the cloud service management platform based on the lift-and-shift stereo garage,which mainly solves problems of the traditional parking garage,such as low automation,long waiting time for entering and leaving the garage,and high labor costs,etc.First,the front-end control and remote wireless transmission system of the stereo garage is designed.The system mainly includes PLC data acquisition module,human-computer interaction module,non-contact card swiping module and 4G wireless communication module.The front-end system uses S7-200 SMART PLC as the basis to realize the car access control of the stereo garage,and carries out data transmission with the STM32 controller under the Modbus communication protocol through the RS485 interface;the human-computer interaction module uses the DGUS touch screen as the human-computer interaction channel to cooperate The MFRC522non-contact card reader chip realizes the user’s on-site car access operation;the 4G module realizes the remote wireless transmission of the parking garage data through the 4G network and the Internet network,ensuring the data interaction between the stereo garage and the cloud service management platform.Secondly,based on the cloud server,a cloud service management platform was designed.As the data processing and command center of the entire stereo garage system,the platform completes the processing and storage of various data and information,and remotely visually monitors multiple stereo garages.It mainly includes Socket application programs for sending and receiving remote data and processing information application service programs,Baidu map navigation and garage information display and other functional modules.Finally,the front-end control system,4G wireless data transmission error rate,and cloud service management platform were experimentally verified and on-site commissioned in the built experimental platform.The verification results show that the designed intelligent stereo garage management system based on the cloud platform realizes the remote management and monitoring of the parking system,and the effective collection and processing of car access data,thereby improving the work efficiency of the stereo garage system. |
