The purpose of fault diagnosis is to find the fault in time and to avoid the further expansion of the fault hazard. Its further function also includes the identification of the type of failure to determine the causes of the failure. Fault diagnosis system is widely used in the field of test and detection. Drive axle is an important bearing part of the automobile, and the complicated and changeable operation conditions have put forward strict requirements on its safety and reliability. Therefore, both the vehicle plants and drive axle manufacturers must str ictly test the reliability and safety of the drive axle on bench test. During fatigue bench test process, if the fault diagnosis system could find fault, laboratory staff could take corresponding measures in time, therefore, the harm that might happen to personal safety and test equipment could be avoided. Meanwhile,the diagnosis system can identify the fault type and recognize the reason of the fault, it is helpful for the test personnel to carry on the comprehensive and thorough analysis on the fault ca use.In this paper, we build a set of fuzzy fault diagnosis system for automobile test laboratory based on the actual demand of the project. Through the acquisition and pre-processing of vibration signal of drive axle, this paper brings eigenvalue that is extracted into fuzzy fault diagnosis system to diagnose this equipment fault and to achieve real-time monitoring of the drive axle test bench. By applying the fuzzy fault diagnosis method in the system, this paper improves the speed and accuracy of the fault diagnosis system.This paper analyzes the common faults of drive axle and its causes and signs, briefly introduces the fault diagnosis technology and lists several common fault diagnosis methods, This paper introduces diagnosis principle of each method and suitable conditions; This paper also introduces fuzzy set, fuzzy matrix, membership function and fuzzy operator, This paper also specifically discusses how to deal with diagnosis results. This paper builds the fuzzy fault diagnosis model according to t he actual needs and verifies the previous experimental data; the software and hardware of fault diagnosis system are introduced, In terms of hardware, this paper introduces all kinds of sensors required for data acquisition and some peripheral equipment, clarify the installation location and method of sensors; In terms of software, the user interface and fault diagnosis process are introduced; In lab driving axle fatigue test bench, this paper compares the fuzzy fault diagnosis system with the traditional fault diagnosis system, the results show that the fuzzy fault diagnosis system has big advantage in terms of reliability and speed.Now the design and establishment of the fuzzy fault diagnosis system has been completed, and the fuzzy fault diagnosis sys tem has been tested for a long time in laboratory. The results show that the system can report faults and give warnings in the early time, and then could identify the fault type, it not only reduces the damage of sample, but protects the security of the personnel, and provides support for further reason analysis; the fuzzy fault diagnosis system also reduces the number of test personnel manual detection and saves the labor; every test data is recorded and lays the foundation for later analysis. |
