With the rapid development of China's economy,the steel structure building has become more and more widely used;With the development of light retaining,large tonnage of the plant is also increasingly keen on the use of profiled steel roof and walls of the building envelope.Therefore,similar to the gabled frame of large tonnage plant came into being,this structure is popular in the industrial plant.This structure not only undertake the advantages of light gabled frame,but also can do the layout of large tonnage crane.The stability of the gabled frame plane is mainly determined by the design of the frame itself,but longitudinal stability by support system.Large tonnage gabled frame is usually designed with "Technical code for steed structure of light-weight building with gabled frames " GB51022-2015 and "code for design of steel structure" GB50017-2003.Combining with the project examples,the use of PKPM gabled frame 3D design(i.e.plane structure model)to establish three-dimensional model.The design of crane beam is calculated by using the calculation of the crane beam and the construction module in the PKPM toolbox.In this paper,the parameter selection and the load value of the large tonnage gabled frame in the calculation process are described;The structure,design principles and practical application of the plant are explained in detail in this paper.The structure of the steel structure,the crane girder,the support system and the calculation of the retaining structure are described in detail.In this paper,I analyze the influence of the support layout and the area of the column section on the structure.I compared under different column spacing of each component with the steel quantity and the overall structure of steel consumption statistics,analysis and comparison,it is economical and reasonable spacing.It is found by the comprehensive comparison for column 7.5m column is better than that of 6mfor large tonnage gabled frame.It provides a reference for the future design of similar projects.
