At present,the traditional car consumes a large amount of oil and gas energy,emissions of a large number of polluting gases,witch is one of the main contradiction to solve the current environmental problems.With the power of new energy vehicles as the main power source,in the environmental friendly aspects of highly respected,especially pure electric vehicles,electric energy as the only source of power,zero emission,no pollution,with higher environmental value.Therefore,the development of pure electric vehicle technology to protect the environment,the realization of the national environmental protection strategy has a very real and important significance.The research and application of motor control and vehicle control strategy are studied in this paper based on the pure electric platform of Hebei University of Engineering..The main work is as follows:1 Under the pressure of the energy environment,the development of pure electric vehicle in China and abroad and the development of vehicle control technology in China and abroad are introduced and the corresponding research route is established.2 Introduces the classification and structure of the motor,and a detailed analysis of the working principle of all kinds of motor,and the principle of control type and motor control algorithm and traditional control algorithm and improved,and in accordance with the different control methods,build a control model based on matlab/sinmulink.3 According to the needs of electric control unit of a communication platform,analyzed the principle of CAN bus communication,SAE and J1939 protocol based on improved communication matrix electric platform,realize the communication needs of the control unit of barrier free and efficient.4 Combined with the characteristics of the electric platform,the vehicle control software is developed and the control model is established,which includes the power logic identification,the gear position signal judgment,the battery controller and the motor controller function.In the operation of the vehicle,the corresponding control strategy is developed based on the dynamic and economic model of the vehicle.Through the power calculation,to achieve different torque requests,and to compensate.In the energy recovery mode,through the fuzzy control theory,to achieve the motor braking torque request size,reasonable coordination of traditional braking and feedback braking.Through the vehicle test and simulation,the vehicle control strategy can be achieved,in accordance with the original intention of the design,confirmed the effectiveness of the strategy.
