Design And Research Of Group-control Elevator System Based On Fuzzy Control

As one of the most important means of transportation,the elevator is becoming more and more widely used.With the increase of high-rise buildings,the traditional single elevator control has been unable to meet the needs of people,multiple elevators have been put into use.At this time,in order to save energy and improve the efficiency of multiple elevators,the appropriate dispatch of multiple elevators is the key technology of current elevator industry.Using the practical application of elevator in Xingtai People’s Hospital as the background,this paper,based on the understanding of the origin and development of group elevator,the composition of elevator group control system,the traditional algorithm of elevator group control system and the advantages of fuzzy control,confirms the target evaluation function after fully considering the comprehensive factors of appropriate elevator dispatch including the average waiting time,the average boarding time,system energy consumption and so on.After the selection of the response time,the response capacity,the concentration degree and the total space utilization rate as the input parameters of the evaluation index,through fuzzy treatment of the input variables,the fuzzy reasoning mechanism of each factor is established.Finally,the group control algorithm for elevator dispatch is completed.And based on this,the hardware and software design of elevator group control are completed.And then,take the three 20-storey elevator as an example and choose S7-300 PLC as the controller,and at the same time,the elevator group control program is designed by using the new industrial control software-TIA Portal software.Through the simulation and design of the system,the result shows that the elevator dispatch and software design are better enhanced than the original system,and are in line with the Industry 4.0 which the country proposes.Moreover,the newly-emerging industrial control software-TIA Portal software used in the elevator industry for the elevator provides a strong support for the further development of elevator.
