With the increasing car ownership, vehicles traffic accidents frequently, which brings a lot of economic loss and serious personal safety threats, resulting in automobile traffic accidents for many reasons, including "blow-out" is important One of the reasons, and blow-out can often lead to serious traffic accidents. In addition, the majority of modern vehicles with front-wheel-front steering configuration, in the event of steering wheel blow-out, vehicle driving, steering and braking performance will be drastically changed, compared to the rear wheel, the steering wheel of greater significance some.Based on the domestic and foreign related research results, this paper takes Pacejka89 magic tires as the basis, taking into full consideration the tire blow-out duration, the tire mechanics and geometric characteristics change, the tire pressure and the tire load transfer. Factor, the rolling resistance coefficient, radial stiffness, lateral stiffness, longitudinal slip stiffness and other important variables were modified to realize the change of the characteristics of the tire after blow-out, so as to get more Accurate blow-out model.Based on the assumption that the driver's physical and mental state is good, this paper studies the typical reactions of the driver after the blow-out (emergency steering and braking), establishes the steering maneuvering model and the brake model, and uses Matlab/Simulink Model, and the driver model and the modified tire blow-out model were integrated to simulate the blow-out vehicle under 12 different operating conditions. The different operation methods of the driver after the blow-out were analyzed.
