With the development of automobile industry and the improvement of computer simulation technology ,using computer technology on the vehicle dynamics virtual simulation analysis, has become a necessary research approach for the performance of the vehicle movement. Today with the increase in the number of cars and increased in speed, the corresponding increase in the number of traffic accidents, most of them due to some abnormal condition caused by traffic. In this paper, the study of some daily driving process of the abnormal process conditions (blow-out, different road adhesion coefficient, the separation of the road) to carry out simulation analysis, as far as possible get the change data of the main parameter that can initiate the accident. ADAMS is the software of Automatic Dynamic Analysis Mechanical System applied widely at home and abroad. In this article using in the software professional module ADAMS/CAR, builded a full vehicle model that contains body,suspension,steering-system,tires and stabilizer bar etc, vehicle model created to meet the aspects of vehicle handling and stability requirements of the simulation in the dangerous condition.This paper based on the vehicle dynamics model,carries on the contrast which through the straight line brake test the simulation and the real vehicle experiment in the separation road surface, obtains the contrast the conclusion, analyzes its reason for change of the path in the driving course. In the different road adhesion coefficient (a good asphalt or concrete (dry) road surface, dry or wet cement of the asphalt road surface, compacting the snow and ice roads) ,the simulation completed the three common driving cycle (single-shift line, double-shift line , braking in a turn), obtains the vehicle trajectory and state parameters to measure the stability of vehicles.When tire blow-out, its mechanics characteristic will have a lot of change. This article grasps in the normal tire mechanics characteristic foundation, through profits from the domestic and foreign blow-out test data obtains the change value of the main tire blow-out parameter, through analyzing that it is in ADAMS/Tire to compare the tire model.Finally.the blow-out tire mechanical model has established according to the blow-out parameter based on the higher accuracy of Magic Formula tire model.Applies the blow-out model in using the ADAMS/Car build in the full vehicle model to carry on the simulation. Simulation of the main contents include a discussion of the location of the wheel blow-out, road conditions and speed on the influence in respects such as the track and the course of blow-out vehicles etc.The simulation results can be simulated well when the blowout vehicles travel path as well as the posture, it is that the traffic safety carries on deeper analysis and research and provides many precious data, but also for the future design of active safety of vehicles to provide important information.Finally, a summary is given to the current research work. Although the simulation model is developed and can carry on some vehicle virtual experiments, the system is needed for the further development when it is applied into practice and there are much works left to the further research.
