Because jet pipe servo valve has many advantages like strong anti-pollution,long life,easily maintaining and can restore to the median automatically after failure,in many aspects,it is taken as a replacement of hydraulic flapper-nozzle servo-valve.On the other hand,because of the complex flow in jet pipe servo proportional valve,the characteristic of the flow is difficult to predict,and it is influenced greatly by the structure parameters of flow.The concepts of rectangular receiving ports and triangular receiving ports are put forward in this article.By conducting numerical simulation,the influence different shapes of receiving ports have on the characteristics of flow are compared.The mathematical modeling of jet pipe servo proportional valve is established,which can be used as a reference for designing jet pipe servo proportional valve.The influence different shapes of receiving ports and flow receiving ratio have on the flow rate of pilot stage is studied.Based on the basic orifice theory,the equivalent hydraulic bridge road of jet pipe flow field is established.The equation of the flow rate of pilot stage is induced.Influence factors of the flow rate of pilot stage are analyzed through Taylor expansion.In the case that the area of receiving ports is fixed,numerical simulation is conducted to analyze and compare the pressure characteristics and flow characteristics of jet pipe servo proportional valve when the shape of receiving ports changes.Transfer function of jet pipe servo proportional valve is induced.The stability conditions and the factors limiting the bandwidth of jet pipe servo proportional valve are analyzed.Last,by conducting MATLAB/Simulink simulation,the bandwidth of jet pipe servo proportional valve with different shapes of receiving ports is obtained.This article makes some sense in improving the comprehensive performance of jet pipe servo proportional valve.
