In the warehouse logistics industries,the application of sliding doors are important for the convenience of the goods transportation.To ensure the stable function of the sliding doors,the weights of the doors should be balanced,which is regarded as a standard of a l eligible sliding door.Industrially,the weights of sliding doors are usually balanced though two methods.The first one is shouldering the door weights by using tension springs if the doors are small,for example,the garage doors.And the other one is using torque springs to balance heavy doors,which are always in big dimensions,especially the doors of logistics warehouses.When utilizing torque springs,the torque provided by the springs should be to compensate the moment resulted by the off-set door gravity dynamically.Nowadays,the speedy logistics show its large requirement for highly qualified sliding doors,which strongly depend on the specialized springs.However,the domestic researches on the specialized torque springs have been rarely carried out and there is no specialized software for that,restricting the development of sliding doors.In this thesis,we analyzed the properties,load conditions and designing principles of the specialized industrial springs at first,and code a specialized software for them.The main results are as below:(1)Made certain the loading conditions of the industrial torque springs when they in different working conditions;(2)Confirmed the mechanical principles of the torque springs and calculating formulas for the physical parameters of torque springs;(3)Developed a software for the current sliding doors and verified it in two ways,including theoretically designing and mechanical tests.The testing results shown that our software is available and good enough for our sliding doors.This thesis investigated the working principles for the industrial torque springs at first and then coded a software to design torque springs automatically.After that,a theoretically comparison with foreign software and actual mechanical tests were carried out,not only proved the availability of the software,but also providing an option for the domestic designers who are now working on industrial sliding doors.
