With the popularization of new energy concept,new energy vehicles have gradually into the household,new energy vehicles as new car buyers choose ordinary people have begun to encroach originally belonged to the traditional fuel vehicles market.Battery management system(BMS)can be real-time monitoring of battery or operating conditions of the battery pack,and at the same time capable of remaining battery power is estimated,for life calculated to Battery capacity equalization control,the health status of the battery diagnosis,eventually extend battery life and ensure the safe use of batteries.On the hybrid battery management system(BMS)obtained using,as we all know,most of the new battery can store energy and consistency is good,but over time,the performance differences between individual cells and BMS functionality on displayed.If BMS omission,with the consistency of the battery is getting worse,the actual battery effect will be substantially reduced,while security will be increased sharply.From the start with three main functions,the design of the battery management system made systematic analysis,at the same time,the last of the battery management system electromagnetic compatibility testing technology introduced in detail.Firstly,battery condition monitoring,detailing several acquisition mode voltage,current,comparative analysis,and ultimately improved sequential acquisition mode voltage and a current pickup compromise scheme;and using LTC6802 chip and Information thermistor connected directly to the temperature monitoring.Second,the correct understanding and definition of the concept of residual capacity and SoC-related basis,to adopt a suitable electric vehicle based on the extended Kalman filter estimation method,and lists some of the major variables and advantages of the method selected ideas,and gives the theoretical calculation method.For balance control batteries,it introduces the basic model and its meaning,and uses the balance control scheme based on the transfer of the battery adjacent to the reference scheme "bq69PL115S13" topology of the chip,using a typical Buck Boost circuit hardware design,It is an effective solution.Finally,because of the importance of electromagnetic compatibility in the practical application of this paper are two main ways of electromagnetic radiation interference:space radiation and conducted emissions,the electromagnetic compatibility test,test methods and test principles of the battery management system in detail description and analysis,and came to the true and reliable test results prove that the design of the battery management system reliability in terms of electromagnetic compatibility.
