As the primary link to receive information,the accuracy of the information received by the main mirror of the theodolite determines the accuracy of the theodolite,so the primary mirror image quality is very important.The main mirror system is the key components of the first optical system.Therefore,the research on the primary mirror and its supporting structure is very important for the development of large aperture telescope technology.In this paper,take the 1m diameter Zerodur mirror for example,study the main mirror of the lightweight design,and design the single-spindle support system for the preliminary and demonstrate the feasibility of single-spindle support method.The main purpose of this paper is providing the study basis for research for large aperture telescope design.First of all,through reviewing the relevant documents at home and abroad,briefly describes the history of the development of optical observation equipment,represent the characteristics of Zerodur by comparing with other materials,analysis of Zerodur primary mirror application status at home and abroad,and determine the main contents and the technical route of each chapter of the paper.The content of the paper is arranged in detail in this chapter.And then analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various support methods large aperture azimuth-variable primary mirror.Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of various support methods,a single-spindle support method is proposed to simplify the installation and adjustment process.And the method of single-spindle support is designed by checking security.Then,the primary mirror of the single-spindle optical system is designed,and explore the factors which have influence on the primary mirror's shape,including: the number of the ribs,the thickness of the rib,the position of mirror body,the thickness of the mirror body and the thickness of the mirror plane.Then decide the parameter of main mirror by observing its deformation cloud diagrams which is influenced by each factors to meet the specific design requirements of the single-spindle method for the primary mirror.Then,design the single-spindle support system by optimize method,so the single-spindle support advantages can be maximized under the current production capacity t.The method of topological optimization is used to design the floor of main mirror support system,and the single-spindle and the counterweight are optimized by the centralized optimization method.Finally,the design of the single-spindle support system is comprehensively evaluated and the overall structure is checked for safety and feasibility.Through the FEA(Finite Element Analysis),the feasibility and supporting effect of the single-spindle supporting system are verified.There are some arrangement for the later work.
