| In recent years,The construction industry in our country is developing rapidly,and many old buildings need to be demolished for various reasons.Concrete accounts for a large proportion of construction waste.At present,the main treatment methods of waste concrete in our country are as landfill,which is a great burden to the ecological environment.Therefore,The study of comprehensive utilization of waste concrete recycling is very important,if the implementation of waste concrete recycling and rational use,not only can make the limited natural resources can be recycled,but also solve the problem of environmental pollution,to achieve the sustainable development of building materials industry.This paper focuses on two aspects,one is the construction waste harmless treatment,the two is the comprehensive utilization of resources,the use of waste concrete to the preparation of recycled aggregate.On the one hand,the effect of recycled fine aggregate instead of natural sand on the performance and mechanical properties of recycled mortar was studied by using recycled fine aggregate.On the other hand,the use of recycled coarse aggregate modifier,strengthen the physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate,using modified recycled coarse aggregate replacement of natural aggregate to prepare C30 recycled concrete,so as to analyze the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate concrete performance influence law.Starting from the test results and theoretical analysis,to explore the feasibility of recycled coarse aggregate C50 pumping concrete,and through the C50 pump recycled coarse aggregate concrete mix design,performance and testing of C50 pump concrete mechanics performance and durability,a comprehensive evaluation of the performance index,mix design and for the recycled concrete modified with different recycled coarse aggregate ratio,preparation methods for.The test results show that the modified recycled coarse aggregate physical properties comparable to natural aggregate,recycled fine aggregate can be directly used in the preparation of recycled mortar of recycled concrete;recycled coarseaggregate will be changed after pre wetting treatment according to a certain proportion can be used to replace the natural aggregate with different strength grades,and related properties concrete is better than the reference concrete and reference concrete or equivalent.From this,we can get the conclusion that the concrete can meet the engineering application requirements by using the modified recycled coarse aggregate,thus providing a better technical path for the comprehensive utilization of waste concrete. |
