With the rapid development of economy and the construction of concrete is also increasing the amount of resources and the environment caused by a huge burden, it is important to develop a new kind of green concrete sustainable development. Our country is the largest producer of ceramics, ceramic quantity of waste generated each year is huge, to discard tiles for regeneration coarse aggregate concrete preparation,both effective use of ceramic waste, but also save the sand, stone resources. This paper studies the impact of waste tile of a technical nature and recycled aggregate concrete work, strength, durability and other properties, and links it with native gravel concrete comparison, test and analysis of waste recycled aggregate tile- cement interfacial bonding properties, and to explore the bonding mechanism, the main findings are as follows:Compared with gravel aggregate, waste recycled aggregate tile large specific surface area, high porosity, large aggregate strength, highly absorbent. No potential alkali aggregate reactivity, can be used as concrete aggregate.By improving the recycled aggregate concrete slurry bone ratio and adjust its particle size distribution, and ultimately determine the best fit regeneration of waste tile ratio of aggregate concrete water-cement ratio 0.44, pulp bone ratio 0.385 / 0.615,particle size distribution of coarse aggregate 10~20mm:5~10mm = 3: 1. The optimum mixture ratio, the recycled aggregate concrete strength at 7 and 28 days, respectively24 Mpa waste tiles and 36.9Mpa, meet regulatory requirements.3 days age shrinkage native gravel concrete is 115μm, waste tiles of recycled aggregate Concrete shrinkage is 103μm, native gravel concrete maximum of 25 times the number of freeze-thaw cycles, waste recycled aggregate concrete tile The highest number of freeze-thaw cycles of 50 times, the native gravel concrete 30 days and 60 days strength loss rate of 4.6% and 6.4%, respectively, waste tile strength of recycled concrete aggregate loss rate was 4.3% and 5.8%, respectively, waste corrosion performance of recycled aggregate concrete tile sulphate resistant than native gravel concrete.Waste tile- cement interface zone bond strength strength than gravel- cementinterface zone, the core area of cement paste, native gravel- cement interface area,smooth surface tile waste- cement interface region and spent a rough surface tiles-chemically combined water cement in order to reduce the interfacial zone. Compared to cement interface zone, waste tiles-- cement interface zone and gravel and rubble-cement interface zone structure distributed less, larger average pore size and maximum pore interface zone, while the smaller total pore volume.The results of this study show that, with the same ratio of waste recycled aggregate concrete tile mechanical properties and durability are superior to native gravel concrete, to meet the practical engineering application. Compared to cement interface zone, waste tiles-- cement and gravel interface region microstructure more compact,less porosity, its better interface with cement bonding properties.
