In recent years,increasing people’s living standard,city and county population has increased dramatically,more and more people are willing to the city and county town to enjoy a better life.Urban water ecological bad to the big test,and the city underlying surface permeable area is increased,the serious influence the water cycle of the city and county,the surface runoff,increasing flow area decreases,and isolated from the infrastructure construction of coordinated with population growth,economic development,the drainage system lack of unified planning,resulting in frequent waterlogging,seriously affect the normal operation of city and county.So the country gradually sped up the urban water ecological restoration and construction,and puts forward the construction of natural,natural seepage,natural purification of the ideas of \ "sponge city\".Sponge cities requirements when meeting strong light rain in the rain,can effectively control about 75% of the surface runoff,replenish groundwater,strengthen urban water circulation,make our city better integration with nature.This article main research content is as follows:(1)the rain flood control parameters in the model,some need to compute,some need to look-up table,some of the need for field experiments,this paper,by means of model test,the parameters of rain flood model,finally decided by any rain in model validation analysis of the applicability of the model;(2)Low impact on the city development,need to determine the total annual runoff control target of control,but have different degree of development in the city’s various area,so we need according to field investigation,determine the density of different plot,development degree,according to the actual situation to determine each block control goal;(3)the LID after development,the research area of the target value of runoff control rates increased from 40% to 75%,but also in the urban surface runoff reduction,reduction rate was 78%。...
