In recent years,due to the rapid development of the city,human activities continue to erode the natural environment in urban areas,leads to the increase of urban impervious surface area,affecting the city's water cycle,the urban surface runoff increasing,overland flow time decreases,the peak flow increases,urban waterlogging disasters,the serious influence to the safety and sustainable development of the cities in our country.Therefore countries gradually accelerated the urban water ecological restoration and construction,and put forward the construction of natural accumulation,natural infiltration,natural purification of the sponge city"concept.As the main force of the urban drainage,urban drainage pipe network to our sponge urban construction better fusion together,adjust measures to local conditions of urban drainage system is a reasonable planning and design,making our city drainage system to better play its role under the concept of urban sponge,which is"sponge city" in the construction of a difficulty,but also is easy to overlook the point.This article main research content is as follows:(1)the rain flood control parameters in the model,some need to compute,some need to look-up table,some of the need for field experiments,this paper,by means of model test,the parameters of rain flood model,finally decided by any rain in model validation analysis of the applicability of the model;(2)Low impact on the city development,need to determine the total annual runoff control target of control,but have different degree of development in the city's various area,so we need according to field investigation,determine the density of different plot,development degree,according to the actual situation to determine each block control goal;(3)the LID after development,the research area of the target value of runoff control rates increased from 40% to 75%,but also in the urban surface runoff reduction,reduction rate was 78%;(4)Due to high degree of individual plot development,carries on the LID development facility layout of inconvenience,so hard to achieve higher targets,thus caused the LID after development,individual plot still can cause water,drainage through the optimization of drainage pipe network,yes LID measures and drainage pipe network optimization design of corresponding,prevent waterlogging drainage effect.
