With the reduction of fossil fuels and the increasing environmental pollution,renewable energy has been attracting more and more attention due to the characteristics of sustainable and non-polluting.As a useful supplement to the traditional power generation,solar photovoltaic power generation played a particularly important role in environmental protection and the economy,and many countries are vigorously promoting the development of photovoltaic industry.With the continuous adjustment of China’s energy structure and the reform of national policies,distributed small-scale photovoltaic grid-connected power generation is gradually put into the market,and be opened to units and individuals,which will also make distributed photovoltaic power generation can become the mainstream of photovoltaic power generation.In this paper,a design scheme of single-phase PV grid-connected inverter is proposed.The main work includes following:The first of all,the status quo of PV grid-connected power generation inland and abroad,as well as the research significance of this topic are analyzed.In order to propose a reasonable design scheme,the advantages and disadvantages of each control scheme of PV grid-connected inverter are analyzed and compared,then chose a suitable design scheme from feasibility and effectiveness.Secondly,the hardware circuit design of the PV grid-connected inverter is completed.This paper used non-isolated inverter topology,analyzed and designed the main components of the forward DC-DC Boost circuit and the backward DC-AC inverting circuit,then,proposed the design scheme of the system sampling circuit and drive circuit,as well as ARM architecture-based master chip selection method,finally chose MK60FX512VLQ15,produced by NXP-Freescale,as the system controller chip.Thirdly,this paper analyzed the selected control strategy,including the MPPT strategy,the SPLL strategy and the DC-AC double loop control strategy.Then planned the program structure of the system,and the algorithm implementation is completed.Finally,validated the effectiveness of the proposed scheme via running simulation experiments on Matlab/Simulink.
