Over the past 10 years,as the BIM(building model information)technology integrates all kinds of information about architecture,it has a wide range of application scenarios in the design,construction,operation and maintenance of architecture engineering industry,therefore it is widely used in our country and the world.At present,due to the limitation of architecture industry division of labor,and most designers are accustomed to CAD design,so,the BIM model is built by the BIM industry personnel in accordance with the CAD drawings created by design institute.However,the traditional capacity statistics is based on the CAD platform,which does not support the BIM model.With the promotion of BIM,the traditional capacity statistics is bound to be eliminated,and the user need one base on BIM.In the BIM design software,due to the wide application of CAD released by Autodesk company software,the company's Revit series of products occupy the mainstream position in architecture construction.In this paper,through the research on the market of a capacity statistics software and detailed description of its implementation principle,we provide a feasible solution for the capacity statistics based on Revit.This paper is based on the practical application of the practical needs.In this paper,summarize the development status of BIM at home and abroad first.Then,analyze the traditional capacity statistics business needs and the characteristics of Revit,given capacity statistics software overall design scheme and achieve a preliminary meet the needs of capacity statistics software,including project setting,model mapping,model repair,calculation analysis,computational statistics and so on.
