BIM Technology is an important technical means to realize the industrialization of construction industry,and BIM Technology is also the core to promote the informatization of construction industry.Promoting the application of BIM Technology in the construction industry is an important measure to implement the "14th five year plan" of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development to realize the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization,promote the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation of the construction industry.However,the application of BIM Technology in China is not mature,and there are still many problems.For example,there are many difficulties in the process of creating the model of hardcover decorative tile block,such as the large number of models and many changes in the shape of the model.Due to the limitation of the function of the Revit software,BIM Technology can not achieve the goal of saving construction period and reducing cost for the project.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the functions of the software.In view of the difficulties in the model creation of facing brick materials in the fine decoration project,this paper uses the secondary development technology of Revit to develop plug-ins,studies the key technologies in the creation of block surface model,explores the model creation methods of rapid turnover and automatic design and layout,builds the design case reference database,and compares and verifies the results through the project.Based on the theories and standards of secondary development of Revit and construction method of facing brick,this paper improves the function of creating parts on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the existing modeling work:Firstly,by acquiring the boundary information of the room tag in Revit,the function of one click replacement contour generation for the specified room is developed.The replacement contour provides part of the geometric and attribute information for the facing brick model,and the replacement contour provides the carrier for creating parts.Secondly,on the basis of replacing the contour,the generation method of facing brick surface is designed.The body center is generated by the designed body center generation algorithm,and the side line of facing brick is generated by taking the body center as the positioning point.The generated side line of facing brick is used for the sketch of parts segmentation,which avoids the complexity of BIM modeling personnel to draw the side line of each facing brick by hand Trivial work.And based on the "Revit+ SQL Server" mode of case base for secondary development.Thirdly,the function design of block surface model is developed,which can design the tile laying scheme for BIM modeler without drawing,and generate corresponding BIM model.Finally,through the empirical study of plug-in function of the application project of fine decoration BIM in an airport comprehensive office building in Qingdao,the traditional modeling and plug-in application effect are compared.It is proved that the idea of targeted secondary development is effective and feasible to realize BIM Technology for project shortening construction period and saving cost when it is difficult to carry out BIM Technology Application in complex engineering.This study provides a solution for other projects in the application of BIM Technology is difficult to play a role,and has practical significance to promote the construction parties to achieve industrialization and information development.
