Concrete is widely used in basic buildings such as road Bridges and civil buildings,The durability issue has attracted enough attention,There are also many ways to improve the durability of the concrete and extend the duration of service.There are many types of concrete protective materials,the silane material is simple in construction,has strong penetrating ability and effectively reduces the surface energy of cement base material,It can also inhibit the invasion of water and harmful ions while ensuring the normal "breathing" of the concrete.It also has good protective effect on crack damage,freeze-thaw damage,etc.It is widely used by researchers and builders.After test found that film-forming effect would be improved with silane monomer carbon growth.It was comprehensive economic considerations that isobutyl triethoxysilane was chosen as preparation monomer.Basing on isobutyl triethoxysilane and TEOS silane monomer,the TEOS/isobutyl triethoxy silane compound gel preparation process was studied.The effect of the preparation of temperature,adding amount and time of TEOS was investigated.It was analyzed the protective effect of compound gel coated cement based material and the influence on the durability of cement based material,which compared with groups of blank,and isobutyl triethoxysilane emulsion and compound emulsion,and the effects of ST compound gel on damage and deterioration of concrete(fracture damage,freeze-thaw damage,carbonation,etc.)were studied.The test items include: capillary water absorption,post-injury coated test,real sea exposure test,atmospheric exposure test,electrochemical accelerated test,etc.And the coefficient of capillary suction had decreased more than 80%,applied to the surface of the fracture damage concrete had decreased more than 70%,Coated with freeze-thaw damage concrete surface,the coefficient of capillary suction and free chlorine ion diffusion coefficient had decreased more than 70%,In the sea exposure test(12 months),the free diffusion coefficient of the concrete test block coated with ST compound gel had decreased more than 50% in the most severely eroded area,the results of atmospheric exposure test and carbonized coating showed good protective effect,applied to the surface of the concrete had decreased more than 60%.And through a series test,it proved that the compound gel was superior to the protective effect of compound emulsion and silane emulsion.And through a series of microscopic test,it proved that the compound gel had excellent film-forming effect,it can form dense,uniform and stable hydro-hate layer in the surface and interior of cement-based materials,the protective properties of concrete are further explained.
