| In order to ensure the construction quality and service life,it is very important to improve the durability of cement based materials.The external material is used as a carrier to penetrate concrete internal corrosion structure,so that the service life of the structure is shortened.Silicone resin emulsion can not only improve the waterproof performance of cement based materials,but also improve the permeability resistance of cement based materials.Moreover,it is of great significance to improve the crack resistance of the structure,so that the durability of the structure can be improved.This research is the influence of doped silicon resin emulsion on the properties of cement-based materials.Test addition of silicone emulsion with 0%,1%,2%,3%,4%,a total of five kinds of content.The effects of different amount of silicone resin emulsion on the mechanical properties,micro properties,shrinkage performance and durability of the cement based materials were studied.The influence of silicone emulsion content on the properties of cement based materials were compared and analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:1,In the same age,the strength of the specimens with the addition of silicone resin emulsion decreased.With the growth of the age,the influence of the silicone emulsion on the strength gradually decreased.2,The contact angle of the test sample is larger than 90 degree after adding silicone resin emulsion,and the contact angle is bigger with the increase of the content of silicone emulsion;But the addition of silicone resin emulsion with the cement base materials did not generate new crystal materials,but with the cement based materials through the condensation reaction to produce a network of hydrophobic film,so that the waterproof effect of cement based materials better.When the cement based material is heated to 1000 degrees from room temperature,the thermal weight loss of the sample added with the silicone resin emulsion is larger than that of the concrete base material.The increase of thermal weight loss is mainly the loss of small molecule polymer and the fracture of Si-C bond as well as the condensation of Si-OH.3,The free shrinkage of the specimens was not affected by the addition of silicone resin emulsion.The influence of early drying shrinkage was obvious.With the increase of silicon resin emulsion dosage,the smaller the shrinkage strain of the specimen.The addition of silicone resin emulsion has obvious effect on the control of early cracking.Humidity diffusion test showed that the loss of water decreased with the increase of humidity in different environment.Under the same conditions,the higher the content of silicon resin,the less the amount of water loss.4,After adding silicone resin emulsion,the capillary absorption coefficient and carbonation coefficient of the samples are smaller than that of the blank group.The addition of silicone resin emulsion can improve the waterproof performance of cement based materials and anti carbonation properties.The chloride ion penetration test was carried out under the condition of power on.The results showed that the maximum chloride diffusion coefficient decreased by 55% after the addition of silicone resin emulsion. |
