The Crank-linkage and slider mechanism was kinematics analysed and the deduction of formulation is into account, establishing virtual prototype model and using the computer simulation technology, taking the language of Visual Basic 6.0 as the development flat, and a set of visible programming system of crank-slider mechanism is developed. Parameterized design of crank-slider mechanism is realized, The system can reduce labor intensity of designer and increase the efficiency. This method provides a simple approach to analyze the movement of planar mechanism.It developed system program into the form of sub-program and transfers the sub-program during the process of design. The user interface adopts visual design. The user and the computer affect the project design each other. The system interface is friendly. |
