| XX High-speed Railway is an important part of the high-speed Railway networks in China.A Bridge,with a span length of 42+60+100+58 meters in Contract NO.1 of XX High-speed Railway,spans S03 express way and west creek.The non-balanced cantilever construction technology for this bridge is discussed in detail in this paper.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)A brief introduction to research background of and research purpose to and significance of comprehensive domestic and international research status of the non-balanced cantilever construction technology for this bridge,found that the study on the non-balanced cantilever construction technology is very necessary.(2)A brief introduction to the construction technology of the Segment 0,including: the bracket design for the Segment 0 construction,the construction procedures for temporary supports and bearings,the construction procedure for Segment 0.The bracket is analyzed with a FEM program.The load test is carried out to ensure the safety of the construction.(3)The non-balanced cantilever construction technology,including the selection and design of the form traveler,the construction procedure of this special method.The lozenge shape form traveler is adopted and analyzed with Midas Civil.(4)Finally,the configuration control method for the Xiaoshan Bridge,with a span length of 42+60+100+58 meters,is introduced in details.Based on the design drawing and construction procedure,finite element simulation of the construction is simulated.The cambers for each segment are calculated and the form level is adjusted according to the survey datum and error analysis. |
