| This paper takes the Changping Xiguan island ring project as background,according to the old bridge plate beam breakage and rapid construction requirements.Through the study on comparison and selection of bridge reconstruction scheme,and the analysis of the cause of disease of old bridge and plate beam,the paper puts forward the rebuilding scheme of replacing the bridge with SMT technology.Replacement of the bridge with the orthotropic steel deck plates of steel box girder structural system.On the basis of analyzing the orthotropic steel deck plates according to the force of the Structural characteristics,proposing the overall and detailed design of the bridge to meet the needs of SPMT technology.Mainly for the irregular slab of the old bridge is cut partly and removed,the main girder of the new bridge is assembled and transport in place integrally.To give the specific steps and the critical point control of the Self Propelled Modular Transporter based on the overall bridging technology.The SMT technology is summarized through the experience of the project,combined with the specific conditions of the project about remoulding Changping Xiguan island ring.Provides a new ideas to the similar city oblique and curved slope bridge transformation. |
