| Straddle type monorail bridge has high demands on spanning capacity when crossing large node of bridge.This paper attempts to solve the problem of large span(40m ~ 60m)using variable section and continuous steel box track girder of rigid system.In the background of one building straddle type monorail bridge,it provides a systematic study of the key design parameters of steel track beam,and puts forward suggestions on engineering design of variable section and continuous steel box girder track.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1).Standard Research: The article summarizes the development and current status of the straddle type monorail bridge,gives us some countries’ norm regulations about straddle type monorail bridge,and makes a detailed analysis on load,material,calculated metrics of structure and relevant technical requirements.(2).System Research: Mechanical Properties of three-span steel track girder structure system are analyzed systematicly about overall layout,structure size,structure of girders and beams of variable section and continuous steel box track girder,and research ideas of steel track beam take shape.(3).Key Parameters Research: Space Linkage Analysis Model is set up in the use of MIDAS-CIVIL analysis software and considering the influences of side and middle span of proportion,main beam height,roof and floor thickness,pier Stiffness,pile side soil stiffness and curve radiuson on structure,and this provides important reference for the design of steel track beam.(4).Seismic Design: Seismic performance of steel track beam bridge is analyzed through strength checking calculation under the effect of multi earthquake and ductility checking under the effect of rare earthquake of rigid system of steel track beam bridge.(5).Detailed Analysis:Using MIDAS-CIVIL analysis software,full deck unit fine model is built,static performance,dynamic behavior and local stability of track beam are studied,and the accuracy of the truss model is confirmed in the article. |
