Application Of Heating Gas Boiler Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery In A Heating Plant

With the expansion of urban scale,fast population increase and rapid economic development,atmospheric pollutant controlling and energy saving become two extreme urgencies.China's Twelfth Five-year Plan has already set forth various policies for energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection.It is one of the issues to be explored actively for enterprises to reduce energy consumption and lower pollutant emission.This paper,taking a flue gas waste heat recovery device added to four large 116 MW traditional gas boilers in a certain heat supply plant as an example,conducts the design and selection of the flue gas waste heat recovery device from perspectives of such parameters as boiler model,blower air pressure,flue dimensions,flue gas temperature and operating conditions.After installation and commissioning,the device is further optimized according to operational parameters to achieve the most ideal effect of waste heat recovery,while comparison and analysis by various parameters before and after installation of the device are conducted.Secondly,reasons for corrosion that possibly occurs during installation of the waste heat recovery device are analyzed and anti-corrosive suggestions are provided.According to the current situation of the heat supply plant,anti-corrosion measures are established and anti-corrosion effect is observed during plant operation.Thirdly,condensed water possibly generated after installation of the device is analyzed,and the method for collecting the condensed water is selected.Iron is removed by directly discharging condensed water while the solution for eliminating the condensed water is provided.Lastly,economic benefit of the device is calculated in accordance with the energy contract signed for the installation of the flue gas waste heat recovery device.
