With development of highway and ubran pavement in China,there are a large amount of natural earth-rock materials bo be consumed,which results in the lack of natural materials and the destruction of ecological environment.Meanwhile,human production and life yield many types of soild waste as the continuous and rapid growth of national economy.Therefore,there will be a great siginificant for resource saving and environment protection to investigate the recycling technology of the industrial waste in the pavement engineering.In view of the foregoing situation,it has been investigated for the layered construction technology of embankment with the dredged silt stabilized by the mixture of indrustrial waste in this dissertation.The research results and some conclusions can be summarized as follows:The ingredient of the stabilizing agent includes blast-furnace slag,Carbide slag,phosphogypsum and alkali waste,and its optimal dose is put forward here.Meanwhile,a design method of mixture proporation is also presented using a series of compaction,CBR(California Bearing Ratio)and unconfined compressive strength tests.And then some tests on the pavement performance show that the stabilized dredged silt is suitable for embankment backfills.The ABAQUS finite element(FE)software is used to simulate the insitu compaction of dredged silt stabilized by mixture of indurastial waste,and the effect of some influence factors,such as paving thickness,pattern and its combination of compaction,velocity and vibrating frequenzy of rolling machine,has been taken into account in FE modeling.A optimal scheme is proposed to achieve the desirable effect of compaction on the stabilized dredged silt,that is: the paving thickness is no more than 40 cm,the velocity or vibrating frequenzy of rolling machine is 2.86km/h or 28 Hz,and the combination of compaction pattern is one time for static compaction,twice times for strong virabting compaction and twice times for weak vibrationg compaction.By summarizing the achievements of the laboratory experiment and numerical simulation,the stabilized dredged silt and layered construction technology of embankment is put forward,which includes the principles of selectionof original materials,design method of mixture proportion,and improved compaction technology.Some comparisons between in-situ measurement and predicted results show that thetechnical requirement can be met in the design code of embankment when it is constructed with the stabilized dredged silt.
