Application Research Of Concrete Construction Cost Management Based On Regression Analysis Method

Concrete is an engineering material which have a large amount of using and a wide range of application in the construction projects,the construction cost in the entire project cost also occupies a large proportion,so the construction cost of concrete management becomes extremely important.In this paper,the research object is the construction cost of asphalt concrete pavement,basing on the theoretical of construction cost forecast and principal component regression to establish the principal component regression prediction model,The main content of this paper is to establish the principal component regression forecasting model of asphalt concrete construction cost management.Through the establishment,verification and application of the model,the paper analyzes the causes of the deviation of the actual construction cost and puts forward the cost management measures.Firstly,introducing the study background and significance,and the research status of construction cost management and construction cost forecast are summarized at home and abroad,and the research content and technical route are clarified.Then the construction process of the asphalt concrete pavement is analyzed and the main influencing factors are extracted.Which laid the foundation for establishing the principal component regression prediction model.Then,in the process of analyzing the influencing factors,quantitative and qualitative factors were extracted from 50 sample projects,the qualitative factors were quantified and the principal component analysis method was deduced to establish the forecast model of the construction cost of main asphalt concrete pavement regression analysis.The predictive model was tested by correlation and significance,and the reliability of the model was proved,and the principal component regression equation was obtained.Finally,the principal component regression prediction model is applied to two completed projects to verify,the deviation in the controllable range and the model is established.After the actual case analysis,compared the forecast results with the actual construction cost,analysis of the causes of deviation and put forward measures of asphalt concrete pavement construction cost management.The purpose of cost forecast is to carry out cost management better,which is conducive to project construction cost management of prior control,improving the cost management efficiency,but also providing an important basis for investment decision-making.
