| Fresh water system is an important part of the ship.With the ratios of large scale ship has become higher,properties of the fresh water system shall directly affect the safety and operational efficiency of the ship.According to the concept of green ship and intelligence of the ship,the fresh water system with constant pressure would become inevitable trend of the development of passenger liner and large-scale internship.This paper is working for modeling and simulation experiment based on the fresh water system of the ship and made a set of hardware simulation experiment device to explore the feasibility of constant pressure fresh water system using on the large scale ships.Firstly,this paper introduces the composition and working principle of the fresh water system,then analyzes the pump speed regulating characteristic and the pipeline characteristics and has a curve-fitting of pump speed regulating characteristic in MATLAB.Also it draws up the multi-pump control strategy based on the Finite State Machine.Secondly,this paper achieves the pipe network modeling and controller modeling of the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system in C#,designs a man-machine interface in simulation software to finish a real-time simulation and training.Further,this paper designs a control cabinet under the control of programmable logic controller and finishes the hardware selection and addresses assignment,also,finishes the function program of the system.Then achieve the loop simulation experiment of the software and hardware.The research results show the rationality of constant pressure water supply system using on the ship.The simulation system conforms to the real operation condition.The interface is friendly and intuitive and the PLC control system is stability and reliability.The simulation system provides a reference for the constant pressure frequency conversion water supply system using on the ship and helps the operation training for marine engineer. |
