With the continuous development of science and technology and the progress of society,people’s demand for cars is more and more extensive,resulting in the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry in recent years.But with the rapid development of the automobile industry will bring a series of problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage.And the research of turbocharger technology is to solve the problem of energy and environment protection by strengthening the engine.Therefore,as one of the core components of the automotive turbocharger,the research on its technology has become a hot spot.Turbocharger engine has many advantages than natural intake engine.For example,a turbocharged gasoline or diesel engine can save a lot of energy;Turbocharger technology produces less exhaust pollution;Turbocharger technology has a significant cost advantage over hybrid and electric vehicle technology.Therefore,the application of turbocharger technology is increasingly popular.With the continuous progress and development of the turbocharger,in the process of the research of turbocharger test bench,the requirement of supplying gas to turbocharger test bed is getting higher and higher,and the study of outlet pressure control system for gas supply equipment becomes the core gradually.This plays an important role in verifying the reliability and mechanical properties of the supercharger assembly and its components.In this paper,the overall control of the constant pressure and constant temperature air supply control system of the turbocharger test bench is studied firstly to ensure that the absolute gas pressure at the outlet of the gas supply equipment is 4.9±0.1bar,so as to meet the experimental requirements of the turbocharger test bench.The constant pressure constant temperature air supply control system of turbocharger test bench is composed of three control systems: constant pressure control system,constant temperature control system and electrical control system.These three systems are composed of pressure regulating valve,throttle valve,gas storage tank,PID control panel,temperature control meter,water tank,water pump,air-water heat exchanger,heater,pressure sensor,temperature sensor and various electrical components,so as to achieve a constant outlet pressure and temperature of gas supply equipment.Secondly,the principle of constant pressure control,constant temperature control and PLC electrical control of the control system of constant pressure and constant temperature air supply equipment of turbocharger test bed are analyzed and introduced respectively,and the corresponding schematic diagram is drawn.Then,the mathematical model of the constant pressure and constant temperature air supply control system of the turbocharger test bench is established,and the transfer function is derived to analyze its stability.On this basis,AMESim simulation software is used to model and simulate the whole constant pressure control system and analyze the control effect of the control system on the outlet pressure of gas supply equipment.In addition,through the analysis of the control effect of the outlet pressure of the air supply equipment of the control system,the conclusion that the control system needs to add PID controller is drawn.The input/output module in the AMESim software and the design and development function simulation are used to get the PID control parameters,on the basis of which the PID parameters are optimized and analyzed.Finally,the constant pressure control system with PID controller is simulated and the stability of outlet pressure is analyzed.
