With the rapid development of the expressway construction,the total length of the expressway has reached a new record.Meanwhile,the expressway net becomes more and more convenient,therefore more and more people prefer to travel by car.In addition,some latest statistics show that both the total number and growth rate of private cars and new energy vehicles reached a new high.Unfortunately,the huge number of cars has brought big pressure to the traffic,therefore the new concept-'Intelligent Transportation' based on the'Big Data' analysis-has been proposed and implemented to mitigate the pressure.'Intelligent Transportation' cannot be implemented without the support of intelligent electromechanical equipments.Tens of millions intelligent equipments have been deployed,which has brought a huge challenge in the aspect of equipment management and maintenance.Obviously,traditional electromechanical equipment maintenance method has not fully qualified for the maintenance task.Based on the characteristics of the maintenance of electromechanical equipment,we make a deep analysis about the deficiencies of the existing management software of the electromechanical equipment,and propose a new improvement scheme to keep up with the pace of 'Intelligent traffic'.A 'Big Data' based intelligent data analysis subsystem is introduced.It can provide automatic auxiliary maintenance,reduce the workload of maintenance personnel sharply,and improve the efficiency of maintenance drastically.This thesis firstly gives an introduction of the background of electromechanical equipment maintenance,and summarizes the current research status.Then it describes the existing electromechanical equipment systems,maintenance implementation mode and the management software system.Thirdly,it analyzes a variety of data mining algorithms,and proposes the design scheme of the intelligent data analysis engine.Finally,it will elaborate on the implementation and the verification process for the whole design.
