Building electromechanical equipment control system is an important element in the construction of intelligent buildings,and is also an important indicator in the national assessment of intelligent building construction.The electromechanical equipment control system of conventional buildings involves a narrow scope,non-uniform communication and low visualization,which leads to the problem of inefficient information integration and low efficiency of equipment control.In response to these problems,an intelligent control system for building electromechanical equipment that can be visualized remotely is designed to realize the purpose of improving efficiency and reducing cost,safe and convenient operation and maintenance of building electromechanical equipment by combining the current situation and characteristics of building electromechanical equipment.The main research contents and work are described below.The overall scheme of intelligent control system for building electromechanical equipment is studied.The demand of intelligent control system for building electromechanical equipment is analyzed,and the system topology of data collection,network transmission by power line carrier technology,remote visualization and control of building electromechanical equipment is designed,the specific functions and realization scheme of the system and each link are clarified.The flexible regulation and control method of building electromechanical equipment load is studied.A CNN-BiLSTM neural network-based short-term load prediction method for buildings is used,a load prediction model is established,and the load prediction value is used as an reference for building load planning;aiming at the problem that the air conditioning load occupies a large amount of space during the heating period and the whole electrical circuit is prone to electrical load overload during the peak electricity consumption period,an air conditioning flexible regulation method is adopted,in which the user experience is not affected.Reduce the power of air conditioning,avoid the occurrence of overload in the electrical circuit of the building.The key technologies and implementation of the intelligent control system for building mechanical and electrical equipment are studied.The data acquisition process,network transmission process and visualization control process in the system topology are studied and designed in detail respectively.The data acquisition process mainly completes the hardware and software design of the measurement and control terminal of electromechanical equipment,which realizes the control output function of electromechanical equipment and relevant data acquisition function;the network transmission process completes the hardware and software design of the high-speed power line carrier communication module,which realizes the long-distance two-way data transmission function with power line as the main medium;the visualization control process completes the software design of the visualization cloud platform,including the BIM visualization model of the building and the visualization model of the building.The software design of the visualization cloud platform was completed,including the design of the BIM visualization model of the building and the interaction function of the cloud platform,which realized the visualization and control of the building electromechanical equipment.The results of the laboratory experiments and the application and operation of a building project in Xi’an High-tech Zone show that the designed intelligent control system for building electromechanical equipment has completed functions and meets the requirements of intelligent building construction;the established CNN-BiLSTM prediction model reduces the root mean square error by 33.66%and 30.52%compared with LSTM and CNN-LSTM respectively,which verifies the effectiveness of the model;the air conditioning flexible control method reduces the energy consumption of air conditioning by 5.28%in one day,which verifies the feasibility of the method;the designed equipment measurement and control terminal can realize the monitoring and control function of electromechanical equipment,and the electric parameter data collection is accurate with the error less than 1%;the designed HPLC high-speed power line carrier module communication network is highly feasible,and the data communication situation is stable with the packet loss rate less than 5%within the effective range;the designed visualization cloud platform is equipped with the building The designed visualization cloud platform has the functions of visual browsing of building and electromechanical equipment models,remote control of electromechanical equipment,data integration and display.The system finally achieves the expected goal of the design and has practical engineering significance.
