Looking for the aircraft black box is the main method to find out the cause of the plane crash.In this paper,in order to solve the problem of salvaging black box in the deep sea,considering the case of the black box buried in the wreckage below,a kind of point lifting scheme for aircraft wreckage is proposded.Refering to some relevant point lifting methods underwater,a point lifting tool is developed by the selected scheme.In the actual work,the tool is fixed to the end of lifting cable and moves with the cable.Through the assistant of remotely operation vehicle's manipulator,the tool can connect with and lift the aircraft wreckage,then we can find the black box in the wreckage or under the wreckage.Firstly,the structure and characteristics of aircraft wreage is analyzed that the main features of the porthole is determined.By choosing aircraft porthole as the lifting point,point lifting mechanism which can fit the wreckage shape and fulfill the connection and lifting purpose is mentioned.To satisfy the working requirements,we propose 3 different mechanisms and do kinematic and dynamic analysis separately,then choose the Slider-Rocker mechanism for design.The mathematical model of the selected mechanism under the movement conditions during connecting and lifting is established.The motion characteristics of the point lifting tool in deep sea are analyzed by ADAMS and the main component dimension and shape is optimized.With the complex method,the weight of the point lifting tool is reduced and the size of each component is determined.Then,carrying capacity of the tool is verified in Workbench software and the strength of key bearing parts in the tool are checked.Finally,the motion simulation experiment of the cable in deep sea is made to simulate the real movement and a prototype is processed to do functional verification.
