| The aircraft carrier is an indispensable weapon and one of the most important naval ships for naval battle.In a sense,the aircraft carrier is a symbol of the strength and position of a powerful country.Today,the aircraft carrier has represented a country’s comprehensive national strength,the aircraft carrier has been designed and built for all around the world.Therefore,most of country is involved in the design and construction of aircraft carriers,and the design of carrier-based aircraft tractor is coming into view.The carrier-based aircraft tractor is mainly used for towing carrier-based aircraft,which is one of the most frequently used and the largest number of shipboard equipment.By using the carrier-based aircraft tractor to move the carrier-based aircraft,it is not safe to drive at low speed,and the tractor is used to ensure that the carrier-based aircraft is safe in the designated position.Therefore,it is very important to study the carrier-based tractor.A new and more intelligent towing tractor is designed by taking traction a type of carrier-based aircraft as the study object based on studying a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures and patents.The finite element analysis of its special clamping mechanism-lifting mechanism is researched.The towing tractor can meet the requirement of use has been proved.Firstly,the design thought of the new type carrier-based aircraft tractor and its structural design is proposed according to the specific requirements of the tractor,based on the analysis of design trends of domestic and foreign carrier-based tractors.A three-dimensional model has been constructed using the SolidWorks.Its components are introduced.Secondly,the working principle and feasibility of the mechanism-lifting mechanism are analyzed,which is the most important.The kinematics analysis of the clamping lifting mechanism is carried out by using D-H method,the lifting and traction reliability of the mechanism is analyzed by the mechanics principle,and the calculation of the lifting shaft is checked according to the third strength theory.Finally,the finite element model is established.The statics and modal analysis of lifting mechanism constructed were performed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and the static analysis of the lifting shaft is carried out.The calculation and analysis of the static deformation and stress analysis,the free mode,the prestressed mode frequency,the vibration modes of the mechanism under the different working conditions have been calculated.Above all,the structure design of the tractor was qualified. |
