As an extremely important element in hydraulic system,relief valve is mainly used to keep the pressure in system or circuit constant and realize the purpose of regulating,stabilizing and limiting voltage by overflowing the fluid in the valve port.So relief valve is of significant importance for hydraulic system,which is worth to be investigated.Oil supply system in transmission device is part of multi-loads and oil sources of complex system.Main constant pressure valve of oil supply system in transmission device was simulated and investigated experimentally in this novel to improve the operating efficiency.AMESim software was used to build the nonlinear dynamic simulation model of main constant pressure valve in oil supply system of transmission device.The real structure and parameter of main constant pressure valve were simulated by setting the simulation parameters.The influences of spring stiffness,spring pre-tightening force,valve core quality and damping hole diameter on pressure-flow characteristic,on-off characteristic and response time were analyzed.The main influence parameters were confirmed to offer a reliable theoretical basis for optimizing the parameters of main constant pressure valve.Simulation model of oil supply system was built based on experimental data of oil supply system in transmission device.Design explore module in AMESim software was adopted to identify the main parameters of main constant pressure valve.Theoretical support was offered for design,optimize and component selection of oil supply system in transmission device,which was simulated by loading parameter identify results.The correctness of the main pressure relief valve simulation model was verified by comparison between simulation data and experiment data.In order to fit the complex variable lord condition of oil supply system in transmission device and improve the accuracy,rapidity and stability,improvement method was proposed relating to structure of main constant pressure valve in this novel.The structures of spool shoulder and damping hole were enhanced.Fluid model of main constant pressure valve was built in Fluent software to verify the feasibility of structural optimization method.Test bench of main constant pressure valve was set up to investigate the open characteristics,closed characteristics,constant pressure stability,flow step pressure response characteristics.The simulation and experiment results were compared to validate the validity of AMESim model.Test bench was established to checkout the main constant pressure valve working performance of oil supply system in transmission device.
